The Issue

 

Residential rent should NOT be any more than MORTGAGE!

 

A UNIT VALUE (Government Property assessment) divided by the BANKS longest amortization period (loan) will give a fair cost/income for BOTH sides

Example $1,000 000.00 government assessment house, with a Banks 30-year mortgage (360 months) rent would be $2,777.78 MAX!

All 3 bodies have control over where they need it.

The owner can choose their investment unit appropriate to their financials. As well, improve the living conditions of the unit to increase the value and raise the income relative to the work done. (Increase based on new property assessment)

The banks mortgage amortization period gives an appropriate cost/gain for a rental unit and investor when used with the Government Property assessment to stops abuse over a necessity of life!

 

A FAIR to both sides rent can be obtained as necessary for necessity of life items when used as an investment.

You can tell it’s fair as both sides are equally unhappy about the deal.
