Sex Education is an amazing show. On behalf of the community I have made this petition to show how much we need Season 5. Season 4 had great, well written parts, such as Erin’s funeral and Adam and Micheal’s character arcs. Although this is the case there were other parts that missed the mark and made the conclusion feel rushed, the overall story incomplete and took away from significant moments in prior seasons. 

I don’t fully know what goes on behind the scenes at Netflix and whether or not it was up to them or the writers, but I’ve heard that this wasn’t meant to be the final season and this could be potentially why the it feels the way it does. I’m not certain this petition will get anywhere and I may be wasting my time, but reading through the thousands of comments on not only the official Sex Education Instagram account, but countless fan accounts, tiktoks and even YouTube videos it seems many fans share my point of view. 

I’m really hoping that we can all come together as a community and get the ball rolling as I know how many of us want to see some of our favourite characters return such as Yakob, Rahim & more and get the justice that they deserve. I’ve seen some people state that the ending was the most realistic way to finish, but unfortunately me and what seems to be the majority of the Sex Education community can’t accept the fact that Maeve and Otis didn’t end up together after the four year build up of their relationship.

We would love to see them reunite one last time in Sex Education Season 5.
