Renew Brilliant Minds for a third season

Renew Brilliant Minds for a third season
The Issue
Whereas; in my experience ratings rarely increase from a show's first season to second overall so fans shouldn't let those lead to a self-defeating loop of "it's doomed so I'm not watching so it's doomed" and especially not blame story decisions they dislike (esp. as I'm 90% convinced that the somewhat-benching of Jacob and Van/demotion of their actors is only a temporary thing to partially accommodate actors' other commitments and partially leave room for new characters in the story to have more space to establish themselves)
Whereas; speaking of said new characters they have expanded upon the reputation this show has already begun to establish for well-written (at least with the new ones relative to their limited screen time so far) diverse characters and even the token white guy of the newbies seems to be a lot more than he appears thus proving both immense story potential and this show's moral about seeing people's humanity
Whereas; given the amounts of shakeups in everything from cast to plot this season ending after it would just reframe those in hindsight as a desperate move by the network and give what could be the next House the same kind of tarnished-by-"terminal-diagnosis" legacy as a show like Pushing Daisies
Whereas; there's a lot more room for the story and characters to grow and experiment and this awesome amount of potential does not deserve to be cut off at the knees
Whereas; in these desperate times we need hopeful shows like this more than ever and in these times more willing to stigmatize mental illness/mental health treatment and care we need shows like Brilliant Minds so we can have more doctors like Dr. Wolf
Whereas; NBC has said it wanted to put more focus into the marketing or w/e for Brilliant Minds when the S2 was announced (which I kinda interpreted in a similar way to ABC making Abbott Elementary a flagship show like it had done with Modern Family) so to abandon it now would feel like a greater betrayal than any that may or may not be occurring in Brilliant Minds's current metaplot
Whereas; the decision to pull it six episodes from S2's finale leaves too many questions unanswered
Therefore; NBC should not only give Brilliant Minds a third season but find room to air what's left of the second
