A part of the Gladstone community, Toolooa Park has become a living memorial cared for by locals. This heartfelt tribute, softly illuminated by solar lights and surrounded by flowers, and deeply personal mementos, stretches the length of the park's wall. It stands as a place of remembrance for the lives loved, lost and never forgotten,

Beloved members of our community: Jordana Johnson, Jordan Norris, and Chazz Mather, collectively symbolized as JCJ. 

Renaming Toolooa Park to the JCJ Memorial Park would honor these individuals and mark their lasting impact on our lives. This change would not only commemorate their memories but also serve as a welcoming space for ongoing reflection, solace, and remembrance for families and community members in the community, keeping their stories and spirits alive.

Furthermore, adding facilities would enhance this memorial park’s ability to help the community bringing love and restoring faith in times of grief for the loved ones and anyone who wishes to pay their respects and love for our angels. These additions could include benches, improved lighting, informative plaques, and recreational amenities & regular maintenance of the park so families and visitors can enjoy a peaceful and dignified environment. With these facilities, JCJ Memorial Park can continue to inspire hope and strength in our community.

We call upon the local council and concerned authorities to embrace this heartfelt request and with the respect of the families of Jordana, Jordan, and Chazz.  JCJ Memorial Park will serve as a cornerstone of unity and emotional support for all.
