Mahsa (Zhina) Amini, a young Iranian woman, was killed in custody after her dubious arrest by the "Morality Police”. She was accused of wearing her hijab improperly and ultimately ended up dead. This tragedy has sparked a bold new movement, challenging the mullahs and their oppressive rule in Iran. Brave women, men, and school-aged children are risking their lives to gain their freedom from an extremist government. To date, over 200 people have been killed and 5,000 imprisoned.

To honor Mahsa Amini's great sacrifice and show support to the brave people of Iran, we respectfully request that a street in Beverly Hills be named after her. 

Honoring Mahasa Amini is a symbolic act to tell brave Iranian people that the world knows about their movement. We are hoping the rest of the world follows suit.
