The Issue

In the name of God Most Merciful Most Compassionate

We are independent Iraqis who do not belong to any organizational, political or partisan body along with Iraqis regardless of race, religion, sect, ethnicity, or political affiliation . Since 2003, our country Iraq has been subjected to a hateful American military occupation based on false and incorrect information in violation of international law. After that, America, being an occupying power, handed over the country to Iran, which Iraq had previously defeated after a devastating war Over a period of 8 years, and for them to participate together over a period of more than 20 years, taking part in, turning a blind eye, or permitting, the killing, displacement, and disappearance of millions of Iraqis and about a million male and female detainees, in addition to stealing and plundering thousands of billions of dollars of Iraq’s mineral, oil, and gas wealth and wealth, with the destruction The economy, factories, infrastructure, and agriculture are of equal value, and most importantly, destroying honorable Iraqi and Islamic values, customs, social values, and traditions, tearing apart authentic Iraqi society, and severing its ties.

The American occupation force, along with Iran, was responsible for turning a blind eye to, participating in, or allowing the killing and disappearance of top qualified Iraqis, officers, pilots, employees, scholars, religious scholars, civilians, and members of the National Resistance Forces (Insurgents), and the rape of men, women, and children in violation of customs, religion, and laws. War and humanitarian laws without accountability or oversight, except for a limited number of individual cases announced by the Americans as a result of pressure by human rights and humanitarian organizations.
America, being an occupying party with Iran, turned a blind eye to, participated in, or allowed the granting of Iraqi citizenship in a way that threatens the interests of Iraqi national security and violates international and Iraqi laws to millions of Iranians, Afghans, Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Lebanese, and others, so that their number has reached more than the original Iraqis by more than one and a half times, while granting them a salary, privileges, and job and employment opportunities, even in the ministries, departments, and embassies of Iraq, while they withheld or cut them off from indigenous Iraqis.
As for the regime imposed on Iraq and its people, which has proven its failure by turning a blind eye, participating in, or allowing murder, theft, looting, smuggling, complacency, and giving up the lands and interests of Iraq and its people, and with turning a blind eye, participating, or permitting by the American occupation force, and with it, Iran. Thus, Iraq has become a starting point and source of terrorism for the region and the world, as proven and indicated by reports of the United Nations and organizations of international actors.

This regime, imposed since 2003, was rejected by the Iraqis by boycotting the elections and other secret and public popular and organizational activities, which resulted in martyrs, detainees, and forcibly disappeared women, men, youth, and even children. This is why America and Iran have recently intensified their frantic attempts to prolong their security presence, Military, civil, intelligence, and economic presnce, by implicitly and publicly threatening to invade and destroy Iraq militarily with direct forces into northern, central, and southern Iraq, or to make room for terrorist militia forces, including Shiite militias and ISIS militias, to terrorize, kill, and intimidate the Iraqis again, as well as the threat of dividing Iraq.

From the above, we ask the indigenous Iraqis and all honorable people in the world to sign the petition for the purpose of ending this ongoing tragedy, and suffering since the unjust embargo of 1991, and to contribute and participate in imposing international steps to recover Iraq from the occupation forces and hand it over to the Iraqis to an Iraqi sovereign entity under international supervision and restore security and safety within and outside Iraq, the result of the referendum will be addressed to the UN Security Council, as it is the responsible international body, as well as the United Kingdom, as it is one of the permanent member states, given the historical relations and common interests between the two countries and the two peoples, which can deal with the United States of America as a guarantor and responsible for implementing the result. The popular referendum to remove the occupying forces and remove the direct and indirect effects of the occupation, in cooperation with the new national regime and the indigenous Iraqis, and success from God Almighty alone.
