Our senior housing community in Independence, MO has become a place of distress and discomfort due to the actions of our senior housing manager. She is verbally abusive to tenants, showing a complete lack of respect and disregard for our well-being. Time and again, repairs are either neglected or delayed unnecessarily, leaving us to deal with issues that compromise our quality of life.

Furthermore, the manager regularly violates HIPAA regulations by mishandling personal information and has been seen to stalk residents. This deeply invasive behavior is not just unprofessional but also intimidates and frightens the occupants of our community.

In addition to these transgressions, she leaves work early despite clocking in, avoiding responsibility and often resorting to yelling when approached with questions. She brazenly breaks the rules and regulations set to ensure the peaceful coexistence of residents. Notably, she does not adhere to the established service and comfort animal rules, which is essential for the mental and emotional comfort of many tenants.

Residents have reported unauthorized entries into homes without prior notification, and pets have been startled by exterminators arriving unannounced due to her negligence. She further exacerbates fear in the community by threatening daily inspections, creating an environment of continuous anxiety and stress.

It's time to remove this manager from her position to protect our community. Her continuation in this role is detrimental to our mental health and the harmonious living we strive for. We need a manager who respects the dignity and well-being of all residents, upholds the law, and fosters a caring environment.
