Vet fees are already really expensive and keeping pets is becoming a luxury. And with all prices going up, providing for these very important members of our family is getting very costly.

My own gorgeous cat who is pictured here with me, went outside and came into contact with some kind of unknown toxic substance and took a very bad knock to her kidneys. She had to be hospitalised for 5 days. The costs went over the insurance premium and I am now totally broke. I would now love to take her to a specialist for some follow up care but will have to wait until the policy renews.

If people can’t afford to pay vet fees then our beloved pets will pay the price with their health and maybe their lives! It’s not fair that medical services are taxed!
