UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander granted a one-year conditional release and $350 fine with $88 in surcharges to Eddy Gerdy Delaleu who was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and received no jail time for killing a passenger Kyra Gasparis.  We demand 30 days jail time to Eddy Gerdy Delaleu or Judge Valerie Alexander be terminated. "There has to be accountability.  Judge Valerie Alexander was looking at this as a license suspension hearing, which it was," Gasparis said. "However, I would have not had to have been present if Eddy Gerdy Delaleu didn't kill Kyra Gasparis as a result of his accumulated offenses including disregard for human life."

UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander and The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct are just as guilty as the driver who knowingly drove selfishly, illegally and recklessly. 

UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander is retiring the end of December 2022.  Thanks to her 'see something, do nothing' courtroom stance, citizens are relieved of one less UNhonorable Judge who sides with habitual law breakers despite the high recommendation of the DA's office to incarcerate for 30 days max.  UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander signed off on having no consequence for severely injuring and killing, the NYS Commission on Judicial Conduct also signing off that it's ok to use your car as a weapon and severely injure and kill.  Good riddance UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander.  You will not be missed one bit.
