I believe that the England manager (Thomas Tuchel) should be fired by the English Fa due to a combination of poor choices and misdirecting the team. And here is how I believe England can do better. 

1) Attack, NOT DEFEND! 

For some reason Thomas Tuchel believes that everytime England play against a tough team such as, Spain, Argentina etc. His focus is more on what the other team is doing and how they play rather than what England is doing. He always thinks it's a good tactic for England to defend and try and block the passing lanes when there is no risk rather than making them attack or sprint towards the opposing team players. Defence should only become necessary when they are put in a dangerous position near goal area. England lost 2-1 to Argentina when they scored in the final 10 minutes, because Tuchel thought it would be a good idea for England to be in defence instead of making them attempt more goals. For reference, Argentina is a very dirty team and is known for committing a lot of fouls and cheating. I'm not defending their disgraceful gameplay. However, this does not justify Tuchels actions.

2) Keep the Momentum high every match no matter which team we are playing against.

 England players get fooled into believing that there is no immediate threat when we play against football teams that are not very good at international football. Prime examples include England vs Panama match during the 2026 fifa world cup. Panama is nowhere near as good as England, that's no secret. But we could not get a single goal in the match until the 62nd and 66th minutes of the match ending 2-0. The same thing happened in the England vs DRC match . We were loosing 1-0 until we scored two goals in the final 15 minutes. Thomas Tuchel needs to be telling the players that they should keep the same momentum and energy as they would during a match against a 5-star rated team. A perfect example of this being the 6-4 match against France or the 4-2 match against Croatia, won both by England. Both of these are strong teams and have proffesional football players. But for some reason, Tuchel makes England play weaker against lower-rated teams.

3)  Encourage more passing and concentration when trying to score a goal. 

If you may notice, when England has an opportunity to score a goal, a team player is running forwards the goal area with the ball, they want to try and score a goal of their own instead of passing to the nearest players and giving what the audience payed for. It is this selfish mentality of 'Me-me-me, I am going to get a goal'  rarther than focusing on accuracy, passing, and taking they're time. It is pathetic, and Tuchel knows this, but he will never do anything about it. And then he has the audacity to scream and shout like a man-child at the players even though he never seems to take any action and wake their asses up. No, mate, you're the problem! 

In a nutshell, I do not believe Thomas Tuchel has got what it takes to lead England in the 2028 EUROS nor in any future football tournament. He needs to be fired from his position immediately! He is not educated or strict enough to teach his squad to simply get themselves out of sticky situations which puts pressure on the public and makes us look like a complete and utter embarrassment to the rest of the world all because he lacks those few braincells.
