Every time I go to the student affairs office, rather than getting help, I'm greeted with an unwarranted nasty attitude. The woman in charge there has a condescending way of speaking to students, making the process so much more frustrating than it needs to be. She hardly fulfills her job duties effectively, failing even the basics like properly calling down students to sign out or courteously handling paperwork.

Her lack of professionalism and respect is not just a personal grievance but an ongoing issue affecting numerous students who rely on the student affairs office for support. No student should feel anxious or belittled when trying to accomplish necessary tasks for their education. The environment in the student affairs office should be supportive and respectful, conducive to addressing student needs with compassion and efficiency.

I am calling upon the school's administration to take immediate action and replace this employee with someone who appreciates the importance of their role and possesses the interpersonal skills to execute it with kindness. Student affairs should be a welcoming place, and the school has a responsibility to secure a positive and supportive atmosphere for all students.
