Remove the Transit Oriented Area (TOA) from the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area
The Issue
This petition is to demand that the city of Kelowna remove the TOA from the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area and to rezone this area to RU1.
The TOA allows for land assemblies and six storey apartment buildings.
