Remove the Roblox Safe chat.

Here's the issue with this it's going to be very bad making friends around an older age range. also, it will hurt Roblox very bad the game will fall off very very fast and NOTE! No roleplay servers will be able to see the chats.... Roblox needs to fix this ASAP!
