Remove the Excessive Voice Chat Ban Violations in Call of Duty

Remove the Excessive Voice Chat Ban Violations in Call of Duty
The Issue
We’re facing a serious issue in our gaming community due to the strict voice chat bans in Call of Duty. These new restrictions make the game almost unplayable by blocking in-game party chat and disrupting player communication. Even common expressions of frustration are treated as major infractions, taking away the fun of the game. Given that the game is rated M, this level of censorship seems unnecessary.
Call of Duty has already banned millions of people and it's only getting worse: Call Of Duty bans over 2 million players for toxic behaviour in voice chat
The AI responsible for moderating voice chat is also deeply flawed, often unfairly banning and penalizing players.
We’re calling on the developers to fix the chat bans or remove them completely or we will not be purchasing the new Black Ops game.
The game is rated M for Mature, and while in-game characters can cuss, players are not allowed to do the same? Additionally, recording and using our voice chats to train AI is a breach of privacy. Clear consent for this has not been established or accepted, and we have no idea how our voice data is being used for training.
Other companies who mishandled data:
Facebook and Cambridge Analytica Scandal: Users sued Facebook for mishandling their data.
Zoom's Data Privacy Settlement: Zoom settled a lawsuit for allegedly sharing user data without proper consent.
Signing this petition means you will be boycotting the new black ops game coming out unless they fix the chat penalty.
TikTok was accused of collecting personal data from children under 13 without parental consent, violating the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Apple faced scrutiny after it was revealed that Siri voice recordings were being reviewed by contractors without user consent.
Clearview AI faced lawsuits for scraping billions of images from social media and other websites without user consent to build a facial recognition database.
Google collected data from unprotected Wi-Fi networks during its Street View mapping project without user consent.
Join us in signing this petition to take back our game and make call of duty GREAT AGAIN.
