A neighbor and cyclist hit a bump-out and broke his collarbone. In addition to dozens of people with their cars, resulting in popped tires and car damage.  Due to the hazardous design of these bump-outs, placement and poor visibility we are asking for the City of Lewisville to remove all of these bump-outs immediately.  This is an urgent safety concern.
