As many of you know, Collier County has had a ban on dispensaries since Medical Marijuana passed in Florida back in 2016. Since then, My Florida Green has been pushing commissioners to open dispensaries so patients with debilitating conditions can access Medical Marijuana in the community where they pay to live.

We’ve spoken at every commissioner meeting. We’ve invited every commissioner to visit our Naples location. We have data that can show how Medical Marijuana is helping patients with debilitating conditions alleviate their symptoms. You’ve seen us on the news with our CEO speaking on behalf of over 20,000 Collier County Medical Marijuana patients.

We have analytical data that shows over 19,000 patients reducing the need for prescription medications that we will present at the next commissioner meeting.

The time is now for us as patients to voice our concerns. It’s time for us to push back. We have the data, we have the patients, we have the platform, and we have the support.
