Please help fund our legal challenge to planning failures allowing the 5G mast by Wallands Primary

Petition Update: Please contribute to the crowdfunder for our legal challenge against the Nevill Road mast
https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/stop-the-5g-mast-by-wallands-c/
Thank you for supporting our petition against this 5G mast, which is situated just metres away from a nursery and primary school.
We now need your help again – this time to support our legal challenge.
Despite two previous rejections by the local authority planning committee, a government Planning Inspector recently approved the mast – ignoring key safety issues raised multiple times by residents.
We have now launched a Statutory Review to challenge the Planning Inspector’s decision.
The legal process is very expensive and we need all the support we can get. We would be extremely grateful for any support you can offer.
⚠️ Our key concerns
- The mast sits directly beside Wallands Nursery and Primary School and directly opposite houses.
- The telecoms operator’s own diagram indicates that parts of the school playground are within the mast’s Public Exclusion Zone (PEZ) – the area around the top of a mast that’s not safe for the public to enter.
- The mast is visible from far and wide, creating a stark contrast with the open downland views, and interrupting one of the National Park’s key protected views.
💷 How you can help
We have launched a CrowdJustice fundraiser to support the legal challenge.
Every contribution — even a small one — strengthens our ability to ensure this decision is properly scrutinised. Sharing the link will also help.

Our hope is that the case will not only overturn the decision about the Nevill Road mast, but will also help to ensure that telecoms operators across the country are properly held to account for the safety implications of their masts.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
