To Whom It May Concern, 
We, the undersigned supporters of Epworth United Methodist Church and Preschool, are writing to express our serious concerns about the conduct of the pastor, Stephen Lowell Swisher. Over the past few years, we have witnessed a series of alarming events that have caused significant harm to our community. 
In particular, we are troubled by the pastor's recent decision to fire the long time preschool director without any warning or valid explanation, which resulted in the closure of the preschool, leaving parents and children scrambling to react. Additionally, we are deeply disturbed by the pastor's lack of acknowledgement or apology to the parents and children affected by this decision. 
Furthermore, we are deeply concerned about the pastor's history of lying and misrepresenting information to the congregation, which has resulted in close to 200 members leaving the church in just three years. We are also troubled by the allegations of misappropriation of funds, which, if true, would be a grave breach of trust. 
We believe that the pastor's actions are inconsistent with the values of the church and the teachings of faith. We cannot stand by and allow this behavior to continue unchecked. 
Therefore, we are calling for the immediate removal of Stephen Lowell Swisher from his position as pastor. We believe that the pastor's continued presence in the church is damaging to our community and that it is in the best interest of all involved to find a new spiritual leader who can help us heal and move forward.
