Welcome to the 2023 season and another year of having to listen to the bias dribble that comes out of Steve 'Blocker' Roach's mouth. For years, Blocker Roach has been commentating on majority of the New Zealand Warriors games every season. 

As Warriors and NRL fans, it makes watching these games an absolute nightmare as he is so biased against the Warriors, no matter who they play. It is so obvious that he wants the Warriors to lose and has an agenda against every single Warriors player, including those players who now play for other clubs. He also gets players names wrong constantly and doesn't even know who is playing for our club. 

The time has come to make a stand against this commentator who is paid to have a neutral, unbiased stance on all games. Enough is enough. We are simply asking to please remove Steve 'Blocker' Roach from commentating on all Warriors NRL games for the rest of the 2023 season and beyond. 

Since posting this, I have noticed many similar comments from fans of other NRL clubs who have the same feelings towards 'Blocker'. Fans are saying they are dreading watching their own team play if they have to listen to Blocker commentating again. It really shouldn't be like this and I think this goes deeper than just the Warriors so hopefully we can get all fans on board and get him out of the commentary box altogether.
