The Issue

We, the undersigned, call on our government and President Donald Trump along with US Attorney General Pam Bondi to take immediate action to remove Senator Chuck Schumer from office and to hold him criminally accountable for his dangerous threats against Republican voters. On March 19, 2025, during an interview on PBS NewsHour, Senator Schumer declared,

“We are — we are mobilizing in New York. We have people going to the Republican districts and going after — going after these Republicans who are voting for this and forcing them to either face — change their vote or face the consequences. This is a long, relentless fight that we fight every day.”

This is a Violation of 18 us code 549 intimidation of voters along with going against several rights within the Bill of rights.

These words are not only an abuse of power—they represent a blatant attempt to coerce voters through fear and intimidation. In a nation that prides itself on the principles of free and fair elections, no public official should use threats or violence—literal or implied—to influence how Americans vote.

Our democracy is built on mutual respect and the right to choose our representatives without fear. When our elected leaders use divisive, authoritarian language to force political change, they undermine the very foundation of our system of government. We must stand together to reject any form of political coercion, regardless of party affiliation.

By signing this petition, we demand that:

• Senator Chuck Schumer be immediately removed from office.

• A full investigation be launched into his remarks.

• He be held criminally accountable for threatening Republican voters with force and intimidation.

It is time to protect our democracy from those who would use power to silence dissent and force conformity. We, the people, deserve leadership that unites rather than divides, that respects our right to choose, and that upholds the principles of a free and open society.

Sign this petition and share it widely so that together, we can safeguard our democratic values and ensure that no one, regardless of their political power, is allowed to intimidate voters by force.

Democracy over dictatorship. Freedom over fear. Our vote must be our own.
