The Security Bot has always been one of the most hated bots in BBRP, due to it being extremely strict and not allowing people to do innocent cleanup.

There are many other good alternatives which do not require this level of strictness. Besides, other safeguards already exist and do not require this level of inconvenience. 

Or, at the very least, the bot should be moved below every country's President role so that they can easily be configured for cleanup purposes.

The Security Bot is a real nuisance to deal with and creates more problems than solutions. Seeing as necessary precautions that are already less destructive already exist or can easily be implemented, the Security Bot is both redundant and problematic.
