This year Oakland County fair has hired a company called “Sea Lion Splash”. It’s a show where sea lions perform three times a day and stay in incredibly small pools. Sea Lions are not meant for travel and this company has already gathered multiple P.E.T.A. violations in its running. The Oakland County fair continues to support this company as they give them a spot at the fair to make money and gain popularity. The show goes against the morals taught to the youth of 4H. Despite an email and multiple comments on their social media pages, the Oakland County Fair refuses to respond. Please consider signing this petition to remove the “Sea Lion Splash” from Oakland County fair.
