We are fed up with RFK Jr’s tenure as HHS Secretary. In his tenure, he has only caused fear and panic for people’s physical and mental wellbeing.

In his tenure, we have seen outbreaks of measles in numbers we have not seen in decades. He is creating a rhetoric of misguided fear and uncertainty around the safety and efficacy of vaccines.

He is also causing great fear for millions of families and individuals with Autism. The study he is launching is being led by David Geier, a man found liable for practicing medicine without a license and prominent anti-vax advocate. Beyond this, he’s using stigmatizing language like “disease” despite it being classified as a neurodevelopmental condition, and has the potential to reverse the valuable work of the disability rights movement.

Not only this, but he’s wanting to create a registry for Autism, which, because he is using disease language, he found a loophole to a violate and override HIPAA. Despite saying this information will be “deidentified”, nothing will stop him from identifying it at will. There is no protection.

Those protections continue to get slashed with dangerous cuts to the FDA, limiting food quality testing and testing for bird flu and other illnesses.

This petition aims to gather as many signatures as possible to then send to representatives across the country. It’s time to remove RFK Jr from office
