At the 2025 SUO AGM, student organizers with RBC Off Campus UBCO successfully passed four motions wherein the SUO committed to lobbying RBC to terminate the lease for its on-campus branch and disclosing contract contents, meeting summaries, and internal discussions.

Since then, the SUO has yet to publicly release any statements or updates about how they intend to address these resolutions.
