Federal Judge McBryde of the 5th District Court in  Ft Worth Texas is known for abusing his power and for unfair and extremely harsh sentencing.

The 5th Circuit Court has attempted to remove him multiple times before. He has sued the court for recommending a psychiatric evaluation. He fines, arrests, and threatens lawyers that question him making it nearly impossible for anyone to receive a fair trial.

He has recently given a second time child pornographer 44% below the suggested guidelines for sentencing. He is known to give white gang members lower sentences than first time offenders. Statistically he gives harsher sentences to minorities. 

This man is 88 years old and should no longer sit as a federal judge. We are asking simply for him to be removed and/or especially for him to submit a  mandatory psychiatric evaluation to determine whether or not his recent cases should be over-turned and defendants resentenced by another judge.
