I am writing to urge the removal of PuppyGram from the GreenTree Mall. This issue is deeply personal to me as I recently encountered the negative consequences of their business model. It is clear that PuppyGram's business practices are unethical due to their reliance on puppy mills.
I'm concerned about the conditions at PuppyGram. I've seen that the puppies are kept in small cages with hamster water bottles as their source of water and are allegedly given less than half a cup of food per day. This raises serious questions about the welfare of these animals and whether they're receiving proper care.

Puppy mills are large-scale commercial dog breeding facilities where profit is prioritized above the well-being of the animals. These mills often neglect the health and welfare of the puppies and their mothers, leading to chronic illness and ongoing medical issues. By supporting businesses like PuppyGram, the GreenTree Mall unintentionally endorses these inhumane practices.

Moreover, PuppyGram's presence contributes to deceptive sales practices. Many consumers purchase puppies expecting healthy pets, only to face the heartbreaking reality of constant veterinary visits and sometimes premature loss. This not only causes emotional distress but also places a significant financial burden on unsuspecting families.

Additionally, the cycle of selling puppies from mills perpetuates the overpopulation of pets, contributing to the overwhelming number of animals in shelters. By removing PuppyGram, we can help reduce this cycle and promote responsible pet adoption and ownership. 

Given these serious and far-reaching implications, it's crucial for GreenTree Mall to act responsibly and ethically. Removing PuppyGram will send a strong message that our community prioritizes humane treatment of animals and ethical business practices.
