Hainesport School District parents, students, and community members are deeply concerned about the leadership of Principal Alexander Fisher. Parents have expressed frustration over transparency in decision-making, inadequate responses to concerns, and a lack of effective communication from Principal Fisher’s administration. These issues have led to an environment where students' needs and well-being may not be adequately prioritized. Specific instances have emerged that underscore a pattern of dismissive responses to bullying incidents, as well as direct discrimination against certain children because of a personal dislike and perception. 

Evidence from recent survey data collected by the Parent-Teacher Association reveals that 75% of parents feel their concerns are not being heard. Furthermore, the school’s recent standardized test scores show a decline, indicating that educational priorities might be misaligned under current leadership. Teachers within the district have also voiced concerns about a lack of support and resources needed to deliver quality education.

To ensure the best educational environment for our children, leadership at Hainesport School must prioritize transparency, responsiveness, and community engagement. Removing Principal Fisher is a pivotal step in reinstating trust and ensuring that these values guide the school's direction. We urge the Hainesport School Board to take immediate action in reviewing Mr. Fisher’s position to restore our confidence in our school’s leadership.
