Remove Post Master Bill Dyer from Eunice, NM Post Office for Unfair Practices

The Issue

I am a resident of Eunice, NM and like many others in our small town, I depend on the local post office for receiving my mail and packages. Unfortunately, since the arrival of Post Master Bill Dyer, this simple task has become a constant struggle. Without any prior warning or justification, he sends back packages that don't have a P.O. Box address on them - despite knowing that most companies do not allow us to use P.O. boxes when ordering items online.

Furthermore, he locks mailboxes without any notice causing distress and inconvenience to residents who are expecting important mails or parcels. This arbitrary practice is not only disruptive but also goes against the United States Postal Service's mission to provide reliable postal services to all its customers.

I personally experienced his rude behavior when he locked my box and sent my mail back without any explanation or opportunity for discussion. His arrogance is affecting our community negatively and we believe it's time for change. A few weeks ago I encountered my mail box being locked and he told me "he must have overlooked it" and unlocked it. I brought that up and he said he doesn't remember that and he sees so many people. 

We urge the United States Postal Service to investigate these claims against Post Master Bill Dyer and take necessary action if found guilty of these unfair practices. We deserve a postmaster who respects our needs as customers and treats us with dignity. You don't come to a small town and change things and be an disrespectful! We don't play that way!
