Ranked Play is supposed to be the most competitive experience in Call of Duty. It’s where players test their skill, teamwork, and strategy against others at their level.

But in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, the Overload game mode does not belong in Ranked.

Overload is widely viewed by the competitive community as:

Chaotic and unbalanced
Less skill-based than traditional ranked modes
Not aligned with competitive Call of Duty standards
Frustrating for players grinding ranks
Ranked should reward:

Strategy
Map control
Communication
Mechanical skill
Instead, Overload often feels random and out of place in a competitive ruleset.

Many players grind Ranked Play to improve, climb divisions, and compete seriously. Being forced into a mode that doesn’t reflect true competitive gameplay undermines the entire ranked experience.

What We’re Asking For
We are calling on Activision and the Call of Duty development team to:

Remove Overload from Ranked Play
Replace it with a proven competitive mode
Restore the integrity of the Ranked playlist
Ranked Play should represent the best competitive experience Call of Duty has to offer.

I was once a fair lass, but now I’m an angry elf, when it comes to overload. I’d like to put my load all over it.
