Living in the close-knit community of Gjoa Haven, we have experienced firsthand the impact of having an unprofessional Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) at the helm. This petition addresses our collective experiences and concerns with the current SAO's conduct and management style, which have not only disrupted our local government operations but have also eroded trust among residents.

Our community deserves leadership that is transparent, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the people it serves. Unfortunately, the current SAO has consistently failed to meet these fundamental criteria. To remedy this, we insist on immediate action from our higher authorities to remove the current SAO from her position.
