That the House of Representatives remove the Ohoka Subdivision from Schedule 2 of the Fast-Track Approvals Act 2024.

I do not agree with several claims in this Fast-track application.  I do not consider there would be a net regional benefit. I believe: the proposed development is on low-lying wetland that floods regularly; there is insufficient wastewater capacity and transport infrastructure; it is misleading to refer to our small village as "an urban area".  I think it is unjust and iniquitous that our community must continue opposing this proposal after two previous applications have been declined.
