Remove Nuisance Dangerous Neighbor from Waterbridge
Remove Nuisance Dangerous Neighbor from Waterbridge
The Issue
Living in the peaceful community of Waterbridge in Carolina Forest, South Carolina it has been a blessing for many of us – until the arrival of a particular neighbor who has turned our lives into a constant state of discomfort and fear. This individual has shown a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of our community members. His actions extend beyond mere irritation; they are criminal.
He has been consistently harassing residents, myself included. There have been numerous instances where he has vandalized properties, throwing nails and screws onto driveways, creating potential hazards for families and their children. Disturbingly, this is not just an isolated incident that we face. The same behaviors led to his removal from a previous community.
His aggressive driving poses a continual threat—speeding through our streets, running stop signs, and blaring his horn at all hours. This, combined with his shouting and intimidation tactics, fosters an environment of fear and unease amongst us. Recently, his menacing behavior escalated to physical violence, resulting in his arrest for assault. Additionally, there is an ongoing investigation concerning his attempt to defame another individual's character.
What is equally concerning is the neglectful environment in which he is raising his children. Despite the strong odor of marijuana that radiates from his residence and vehicles, he continues to jeopardize their health and safety, exposing them and others to his own actions of assault towards residents of our community.
Our plea is simple: we must act before his behavior leads to further harm. We urge the relevant authorities to take swift and decisive action, either through eviction or legal avenues, to restore peace and security in our community.
