The Stade is a working beach and fishermen dogs are allowed as they are considered working dogs.
The Government guidelines for PSPO order clearly state that they should not impact responsible dog owners and must be justified and fair. The Council have produced no evidence that justifies the decision made to ban us from these beaches.

Strict dog exclusion restriction can also leave to a decrease in dog friendly tourism for business along the coast which in turn could have negative impact on the local economy.
Hastings was voted the 3rd most dog friendly town
This ban is discriminatory and non-inclusive, targeting dog owners who are ill, elderly, disabled, or unable to walk the required distance to the less accessible beach area past the Pier.
