Some of you may have seen that that a detailed timeline of when the dog PSPO was agreed and signed off has been published.
In case you missed it below is a summary of the timelines and links to the various cabinet minutes.
I knew most of it but could never find out when it actually became law, and was fed a lot of miss information by certain people.
It was confirmed today that this was in November 2023. -
After that date no changes were made and it was implemented as agreed by the Council Cabinet on 6th March 2023

Proposal and Consolation results presented to Charity Committee by Paul Cosson (Enforcement manager)
As you will see from the minutes of this meetings rather than reject the proposed PSPO order it was agreed that the old PSPO should be expanded to Rock-a-Nore and should start on 01 April.
Council Cabinet meeting – 06 Mar 2023
The Cabinet signed off the new PSPO order unanimously - as you will see from the minutes - they signed off the old PSPO being expanded to include Rock-a-Nore and the Stade and that it should start on 01 April.

The dog control PSPO was made, signed and sealed (became law).

Press release was issued that the new dog control PSPO was now in force and we all became very angry.
