I am writing this petition out of a deep personal concern. Nader Elshamy, a user on YouTube, has been involved in grave misconducts that have deeply affected me and others. He has allegedly sexually assaulted a woman and is known to abuse his girlfriends. He has an active court case about the sexual assault. These actions are not only morally reprehensible but also illegal.

Furthermore, he misuses the tools provided by the platform itself. Elshamy frequently abuses copyright and privacy complaint tools on YouTube, causing harm to other users who are trying to express their creativity or voice their opinions freely.

YouTube's Community Guidelines clearly state that any content or behavior that threatens individuals is not allowed on the platform (source: YouTube's official guidelines). Yet, despite these clear rules, Nader Elshamy continues his abusive behavior unchecked.

It is crucial for platforms like YouTube to be safe spaces where people can express themselves without fear of harassment or abuse. By allowing individuals like Nader Elshamy to continue using their platform despite repeated violations of community guidelines and laws, they are failing in providing a safe environment for their users.

This petition calls upon YouTube to take immediate action against Nader Elshamy by removing him from the platform permanently. This would send a strong message about what kind of behavior is acceptable online while protecting other users from potential harm caused by such individuals.
