Our children are suffering, and it's time to act. My own children have experienced bullying, and this is not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, this extends to our principal, Ms. Unruh, who not only fails to prevent this toxic environment but also contributes to it. My fourth-grade son, after voicing the torment he received from a bully, was met with ridicule and was unjustly sent to a 1st-grade class. Ms. Unruh called him a liar, showing a blatant disregard for her responsibilities as our school principal.

This heart-wrenching situation is not the exception. Numerous parents have reported similar bullying incidents under Ms. Unruh's supervision. According to the National Bullying Prevention Center, "School-based bullying prevention programs decrease bullying by up to 25%" (CNBC, 2017). Yet, we aren't provided with such a program, and the head of the institution aggravates the issue instead of mitigating it.

In light of this, we are seeking the termination of Ms. Unruh's position as the school principal. We request the school board to take these incidents seriously, ensure proper investigation, and appoint a principal who prioritizes students' well-being and actively fights against bullying.
