For too long, I have witnessed friends and loved ones suffer under the administration of Melinda Kamrath at Deerfield Elementary School in Deerfield, WI. Those who work with her know the truth: she mistreats her staff, dismisses their concerns, and fails to provide the considerate leadership they deserve. Behind closed doors, she is not the caring and supportive figure she presents herself to be in front of parents and students.
