I have personally encountered predators on this platform and reported them, yet it seems like Matt Kaufman, the Chief Safety Officer, doesn't take any meaningful action. This inaction allows these dangers to roam free, continuing to pose a serious threat to children's online safety.

As a parent, user, or concerned individual, it's appalling to witness how the safety mechanisms in place seem less effective than they should be.
