The changes that have been made to the competitive VALORANT scene and then direction the game is heading is an utter nightmare for players and viewers alike. 

Numerous times Leo Faria has lied to the community on taking in their feedback and using it to improve the scene. He has outright said that he does not want stability in the Tier 2 scene, and is even referring to the VCL Ascension winners as "Guest Teams" in the partnered league. More recently, he has now shown despite community backlash, he and the rest of the Esports team will be taking even more time and games away from the partnered league teams, forcing them to endure a 6 month off season after just a potentially abysmal 13 games during the 2024 season.

Leo has proven time and time again to be a terrible decision maker for the competitive VALORANT scene, and has shown himself to be an incredibly untrustworthy figure. It is time to remove Leo Faria from his position as the Head of VALORANT Esports, and allow for someone new to replace him who can lead the scene into a brighter, better future.
