It has taken five long years for the court to even acknowledge my existence in my attempts to save my daughter from the parental alienation she suffers, which the court has enabled, if not supported. As of April 28th, the fourth motion I filed with the court—the previous three having never received a hearing or even judicial acknowledgment, only being ignored—has at least been seen by a judge. This occurred after multiple complaints to the JDDC Arkansas and the ethics commission, along with an uncountable number of letters to the governor, state representatives, senators, lawyers, and media outlets.
On May 28th, a month after the motion was filed, and following a follow-up letter to the court administrator for Crittenden County, Arkansas, I was at least provided with court dates to choose from, along with the opposing attorney. I have responded, but now await his response, which has been five days and counting. This brief moment of excitement is rapidly becoming another letdown, which I foresee will either be entirely ignited or the court will simply cover its own interests once again.
This petition is important to all in that it removes the ability for the court's corrupted hand to injure our children. This is the first step in regaining our most important and sacred right: the right to care for and raise our children in a free country. We cannot be enslaved, but they will do so through our children, undermining parents and teaching our kids how to conform.
