Court are treated in high regards and citizens have always held the court in high regard.

But when the courts fail , justice fails and evil wins.  The victim becomes victim first at the time of being wronged upon and later when the courts fail to deliver justice. 

Now, if the court officials and the judges look at cases with the attention they deserve and having done a fair job if they come to a LOGICAL conclusion and apply law, consider all the facts and evidence then it is alright. 

But what is REALLY happening in the courts is far from this. Some or rather large amounts of Judicial officers are "casually and lethargically" simply browsing the case from above and not doing their duty honestly and effectively.

What is "FAR more scary" is that some Judicial officers like Judge Karen D. Mccallum, has a bias towards certain lawyers and certain litigants and despite material, evidence and all indicators in their case they ignore the law, falsifies facts, show prejudice and bias.  Typically there have been cases when someone has put in a word to the Judge. They treat the families that come through their Courtroom as Criminals. They are destroying children and families lives, that have come infront of them for Justice, and equal protection of the law.

There are judicial Fixing lobbies at work. People talk about it openly in courts but no one takes any step because people in the system are taking benefit of it.

We request the Judicial Standards Commission and Elected officials take steps to counter their influence in the judiciary and ensure that CITIZENS GET JUSTICE including removal from Judicial Office and finding they committed misconducts.
