Allie Hummel, a dedicated nurse, loving mom, caring sister, and cherished friend, tragically lost her life on June 23, 2026, in New London, Missouri.  

In 2022, Andrew was arrested for abusing his first wife, Kelly.  In July 2025 Dr. Andrew Hummel was arrested for strangling and beating his wife Allie in a St. Louis Missouri hotel.  He bonded out . In March 2026 his charges were dropped down to two misdemeanor domestic charges, and he was placed on probation instead of going to prison with his history of domestic abuse.  In June 2026 he was refunded his bond of over $7000 . Judge Jeffrey McPherson granted him probation, rather than a prison sentence that might have prevented this tragic outcome.

Judge McPherson’s decision allowed a known abuser to remain free, resulting in the loss of a vibrant life. This case highlights the need for accountability in our judicial system. The safety of our communities depends on judges who take domestic violence seriously and impose sentences that reflect the severity of each case. 

It is crucial that judges are responsible for such pivotal decisions are held accountable for their actions. We cannot allow judicial negligence to cause further harm to families and victims. 

We demand the removal of Judge Jeffrey McPherson from his position in St. Louis County to restore justice and protect our citizens from further injustice. An impartial and fair judicial system is necessary to deter domestic violence and ensure the safety of our loved ones.
