Judge Gordon “Mack” McCain should be removed from office. McCain regularly chooses to side with abusers in family court due to a disturbing bias against women and children who have been victims of the most horrific abuse possible. 

Judge McCain has made a career out of siding with abusers and continues to destroy families while also refusing to allow in person hearings due to his health. Families all over his jurisdiction which includes Pope, Johnson, and Franklin Counties have not seen their children in months or even years due to McCain’s refusal to hear cases. 

If you dare to call out your abuser in McCain’s courtroom in order to protect your children you will be threatened with jail time and treated like a criminal. McCain would rather you subject your children to your spouse’s abuse than pursue custody in order to keep them safe. 

It’s time to STOP allowing the destruction of women and children in Arkansas. Now is the time to act.
