Judge Elizabeth Kelly, Tenured judge at the Erie County Courthouse, Erie, Pennsylvania has been retired following an alleged investigation. However, she has been promoted to Senior Judge stating, "Once I retire, I'm not going away." There have been numerous complaints and harm done to parents and children such as removing children from loving homes and fit parents and placing them with their abuser as well as illegally inflating child support arrearages. She has caused undue stress and duress to parents enough to cause heart attacks. Her Google reviews are her track record. She needs to take a complete retirement off the bench.
