People I would like, to say that there are now tons of scammers on discord and many of them use bots to maintain their server. Though they use a certain bot called "Restorecord" and this bot allows the server owner to add his server members to another server without their consent. This is all because of 1 permission in bots which is "JOIN SERVERS FOR YOU", about this permission a youtuber No Text To Speech has talked about various times and also shown how it has been harmful to the community. Not only 1 bot but there are many bots created by scammers so that they can keep adding you to other servers without your permission. Some of them also do for money by selling members.

If discord removes this permission from bots, then the scam servers which are terminated won't be able to get members in one click and would have to start from scratch. But if this permission stays many people will get scammed daily and these scam servers will continue to grow and grow.

There's an incident which had occurred in Restorecord there's a website which sells credits to view a discord member's IP. Upon research found out that the people whose IP were getting leaked had one thing in common, they had given Restorecord authorization. After getting some more clues it was found out that the owner of that website is an admin of Restorecord. When the topic was talked with the owner of Restorecord about the database getting leaked or getting accessed by his admin, he was showing signs of disagreement and suspicions were raised and potentially tried to bribe to restrict this info coming out.
