As parents and community members of Lauderdale County, where our children's safety is our utmost concern, we are deeply alarmed by the troubling justifications coming from key authorities in our school system. Sabrina Malone, Jerry Hill, and Officer Brad Potts have shown disregard for their responsibilities. Sabrina Malone has  allowed male students to sexually assault and harass female students without any punishment. Bullying is allowed without any punishment 

Furthermore, it is concerning that Jerry Hill, acting as a Superintendent, has been quoted saying that he "just lets his employees do the work". His lackadaisical attitude towards his role is a threat to the efficient and safe running of our schools.

Officer Brad Potts, a School Resource Officer (SRO), has reportedly been providing incorrect information to the BOE and was involved in a lethal incident with a inmate in his care while at the Lauderdale County Jail 

These facts portray an environment that is far from ideal for our children. Our children's safety is paramount and we firmly believe they must be protected from all forms of harm.

We are the parents and community demanding the immediate dismissal of Sabrina Malone, Jerry Hill, and Officer Brad Potts from the Lauderdale County Schools administration. We ask Lauderdale County school board, responsible for overseeing personnel changes, to take immediate action.
