Jayden de Laura is Texas State Football Team’s new quarterback despite his past accusations of sexually assaulting a young woman.

In the court documents state that Laura “physically overpowered her” and “holding [held] her head from behind and pushing it down”. De Laura “began choking her to gain her cooperation” as he assaulted her, according to the court record which says the victim was “sobbing uncontrollably in fear and anger.”
