This season of The Valley, Janet Caperna’s on-camera actions have gone far beyond normal reality TV drama, causing real harm to fellow cast members and their families. She has falsely accused Danny Booko of “sexual assault” despite not being present for the incident, publicly labeled him an “alcoholic” with no clinical evidence, and outed his wife Nia’s attendance at a confidential support group (Al-Anon) on national television. She has made unverified, damaging claims about him flirting with young fans and commenting on women’s bodies,  claims contradicted by other cast members, and misrepresented private conversations to create more conflict. These actions have impacted Danny and Nia’s marriage, their reputations, and the well-being of their four young children.
If this behavior is allowed to continue, it sets a dangerous precedent: that reality TV stars can spread false, reputation-destroying narratives without consequence, as long as it makes for good TV. It normalizes defamation, privacy violations, and character assassination as acceptable entertainment tactics. This doesn’t just harm the individuals targeted, it erodes viewer trust and damages the credibility of The Valley, Bravo, and Peacock. Every false accusation aired chips away at the idea that reality television can be dramatic without crossing into malicious, life-altering territory.

The harm is already done, reputations tarnished, families stressed, and a toxic narrative left to fester in the public eye. Each week that Janet remains on the show without accountability sends the message that malicious lies and privacy breaches are fair game. The public outrage is growing, and it’s clear that this pattern will continue if producers and the network don’t intervene. We, the undersigned, urge Bravo, Evolution Media, and Peacock to immediately remove Janet Caperna from the cast to protect the integrity of the show, uphold ethical boundaries, and send a clear message that this behavior will not be tolerated.
