This petition begins with a deeply personal and disturbing incident. Ms. Williams, a senior resident at Rolen Lake Gardens 55 Plus Community in Hallandale Beach, Florida, was recently subjected to an unjust rule imposed by the community manager, Isabelle Brassard Jobin. Fresh out of surgery and reliant on her wheelchair for mobility, Ms. Williams was told she could no longer park her car in a manner that allowed her to easily load and access her wheelchair. Despite there being no such rule posted or mentioned in the Home Owners Association books, Ms. Jobin insisted that she "just follow the rules".

This is not an isolated incident but part of a pattern where Ms. Jobin has been accused of attacking and assaulting disabled senior citizens under her management - one such assault even led to hospitalization.

Such behavior is unacceptable especially when considering that approximately 15% (or about 7 million) seniors in America are disabled according to the U.S Census Bureau's American Community Survey (ACS). It is crucial that those responsible for their care treat them with respect and dignity.

We demand immediate action from relevant authorities - remove Isabelle Brassard Jobin from her position as manager at Rolen Lake Gardens 55 Plus Community due to these serious allegations against her conduct towards vulnerable residents under her care.
