We have failed our own here in NC, letting ICE run rampant. We need to get ICE out of our state and stop letting OUR local funding be used on a witch hunt of hard working north carolinians. Immigrants pay taxes and have families here. Our state is mostly immigrants and all of this state is originally indigenous land, being stolen from such tribes as the cherokee and roanoke. With 4 million north carolinians or 11 million signatures, we can show that we DO NOT want ICE in our state. Our elected sherrifs should NOT be forced to comply with ICE. If we sign this petition, we want to see our state, north carolina, defend it's 10th amendment right to defend the constitutional liberties of all our residents and remove all jurisdiction ICE has here.

Fallábamos a los nuestros vecinos aquí en Carolina del Norte, cuando permitíamos que ICE actúe descontroladamente aquí sin remedio. Necesitamos expulsar a ICE de nuestro estado y dejar de permitir que nuestros impuestos locales se utilicen en una cacería de brujas contra los trabajadores norcarolinos. Con 4 millones de norcarolinos u 11 millones de firmas, podemos demostrar que NO queremos a ICE en nuestro estado. Nuestros sheriffs elegidos NO deberían ser obligados a obedecer a ICE. Si firmemos esta petición, decimos que queremos que nuestro estado, Carolina del Norte, defienda su derecho a la Décima Enmienda, a defender las libertades constitucionales de todos nuestros residentes y a eliminar toda jurisdicción de ICE aquí.
